Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous retail sales experience preferred - Strong knowledge of retail math and cash register operations - Familiarity with electronic sales systems and point-of-sale (POS) software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor - Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries If you are enthusiastic about sales, have excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we encourage you to apply for the Sales Associate position.
